New Sewing Room...Almost

Most of you know we have just moved into our new home.  The sewing studio downstairs was supposed to have been completed by now.  It's not.  I took off sewing for the summer, and I still haven't started back.  I have begun feeling like I was loosing creativity, mojo, etc...I've even decided to go back to school thinking I need to start a new chapter in my life...wait, that's for another blog post later! LOL!  However, I've been very frustrated to say the least because I do not have a place to call my sewing room!  And I've always had a sewing room!  OK, so I need some cheese with this whine???   Yesterday I decided to make a small area in a large closet in my office to put my sewing machine in.  I googled how to make a sewing closet and came upon a wonderful blog with a wonderful idea for a sewing closet!  I am so excited, and my husband is on board with this idea as well!

Starting from scratch!

NOTE: Before my husband will build a sewing table, he says I have to sit in the closet and sew just to make sure I can do it...I'll update soon! LOL!
