Size 3  2 piece Dress in Hearts and Bandana print

to wear for Valentine's Day or all year 'round!

This size 3 two piece dress has an over dress with a 3 button closure and tie sash in back. The under dress is a front button blouse with hand-cut machine embroidered scallops on the Peter Pan collar and sleeve bands, attached to a slip (slip-dress), with the bottom bordered in hand-cut scallops as well.  And YES, I cut all those scallops so as to give an extra special and unique touch to this little dress!

From the shoulder seam to scalloped hem of under dress (slip-dress) measures 24", and is constructed with 100% pre-laundered cotton fabric. Scallops are machine embroidered rayon embroidery thread.
